Hello, I’m Henry. My journey to becoming a full-time yoga teacher and entrepreneur began in a very different place. With a background as a Conference Interpreter & Translator, majoring in Arabic, and an MBA in Business Administration, I have spent years teaching languages across diverse countries and cultures. However, a life-changing back injury led me to discover my true calling.
Years ago, I suffered a severe back injury at my L4 and L5 vertebrae, causing excruciating pain that made sleep impossible for months. This pain wasn’t merely physical; it was deeply rooted in feelings of inadequacy and struggle with my life’s transition into my true purpose, my dharma. Тhrough yoga, osteopathy, breathwork, meditation, and myofascial movements, I found healing—not just for my back but for the underlying trauma as well. These practices have been instrumental in managing my spondylolisthesis, a condition that affects much more than just the back.

Can I do yoga with you even as a beginner?
Absolutely! My classes are designed for all levels, including beginners. I offer modifications for every pose so you can progress at your own pace and feel comfortable.
Do you provide flexibility & mobility classes? Yoga isn’t my thing.
Of course! As a future osteopath. I provide my students the tools to live a healthier life and improve overall mobility, flexibility, & strength to become better, smarter movers, teaching you to move your body as a whole using the fascia instead of just the muscles.
Do you have a subscription service?
Not yet. I teach in presence. Groups, workshops/events and individuals. Plus online 1-1 or Groups using Zoom, Meet, Teams.
Do you provide handstand coaching services?
Hell yes! I love helping handstand practitioners to evolve their practice with tailored feedback and programs. Handstanding with me will feel easier, safer and smoother!
I have a hard time dealing with stress and anxiety, what do you have to offer?
One of my most requested classes is my breathwork service. I help students to reconnect and re-educate their breath efficiency. Re-learning to use the diaphragm and all the muscles of the respiratory system. Goodbye stress 😉
I want to improve my athletic performance. I am always gasping for air!
Whether you are a seasoned athlete or just starting. Improving your cardio-respiratory fitness is crucial for your health and work-out without feeling depleted all the time. I will help you improve your VO2 max, capacity to deliver oxygen into your body and become a more efficient breather.

You can book a call with me and I’ll be your meditation guide. I offer single classes, or bundles based on your needs.
